You were effective at coaching us on the dynamics of the market and strategies for negotiations, and you were adaptable to scope and schedule changes as we better understood our options.
Your reputation and experience in the market also served us well. Your positive relationship with other realtors, developer/landlords, and local government officials had an equally positive effect. Your professionalism and experience assisted in negotiations with these same groups, resulting in significant MEGA incentives and tax reductions from the State of Michigan, Macomb County, and Shelby Township, plus a mutually beneficial lease and tenant improvements agreement.
When we started our search in June of 2011, we utilized several different real estate firms and brokers who found us multiple properties to review. Unfortunately these did not meet the criteria we provided. This delayed our planned relocation efforts for several months.
Fortunately, we were referred to Skyline Property Strategies. Once we explained our situation and the building requirements Skyline did not waste our time looking at properties that were “close” to what we wanted, but instead, listened to our needs and showed us only properties that fit them.
